Please list the following info about your co-op if already formed: (total acres, year established, intended use for money if selected). If this money is for a potential co-op, please listed the potential acreage and timeline for first meeting.

If your co-op meeting is selected to receive funding, the NWC will have the opportunity to attend and exclusively document the funded meeting. Meeting must be held prior to the end of 2022. As a co-op representative, you are agreeing to allow NWC to document and enroll your co-op and associated acreages in our national database (data or co-op location will not be given out to public).
